It looks like Greene County Gold and yours truly, The Greaser, are going to have a summer FULL of car cruises/shows!  While we’re still working on the details, it looks like GCG will be providing music for a car cruise/show at the Greene County Fairgrounds in June.  Save the date –  June 16!  Details as they’re available…so check back often!

The Greaser and Greene County Gold have been asked to help out with the 2nd Annual “Cruisin’ for a Cure” at the Greene County Airport. 

Registration starts at 10:30 a.m. Show is from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Cost is $10 per vehicle. (Spectators admited for free.) Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Yours truly, The Greaser, will be playing your favorites from the 50s and 60s from noon to four.

Yours truly, The Greaser, has been invited to help kick off the 2012 season of Flashlight Drags at the Greene County Airport!

Gates open at 12 noon, racing begins at 2 p.m.  Cost is $5 for spectators, $25 to race.  For more on Flashlight Drags visit www.flashlightdrags.com.

I’ll be playing your favorites from the 50s and 60s right up to the start of the races.  PLUS – we’ll be hosting bubblegum blowing contests, twist contests, limbo contests…AND MORE!

That’s the date for the 11th Annual 50s Fest and Car Cruise in downtown Waynesburg, PA.

10 AM – 4 PM downtown Waynesburg will be closed to traffic to allow cruisers to park on High Street.

Every make, model and year of car, truck and motorcycle is welcome.

NO REGISTRATION FEE!

Yours truly, The Greaser, will be doing a special Saturday edition of Greene County Gold broadcast LIVE from the steps of the Greene County Courthouse.
